International Women’s Day is a great reminder that we must work together to bring down the barriers surrounding equality for women in the workplace.

At Kodify we do not believe in gender discrimination, we openly empower our female employees and give them all the tools to be the best they can be. It’s incredible that in this day and age, women still have to fight for equality. We are expected to be everything a man is and more, yet when push comes to shove, many companies out there refuse to pay women equally and give them the same rights as men.

This is why we want to help raise awareness for this important cause. We want to show other companies that giving the basic right to equality is not going to cause your company setbacks. In fact, having a content and productive female work-force is nothing but beneficial for everyone involved.

The tech industry is a very male-driven industry in itself. At Kodify we are always looking for talented and hard-working females to grow our team and try to change those statistics one lady at a time.

This year for International Women’s day we sent all our lovely Kodify ladies for a nice hour-long full body massage to show our appreciation for them, all their hard work, and everything they contribute to our company and our one-in-a-million culture.

In the end of the day if it weren’t for the women in the world where would we all be?
